Emma & I started our New Year
at the MPAL Vermont Agility
League - our team
"Dream Catchers"

The Girls alerted me to a "Trespasser" drilling Ice-fishing holes
on our "Private Property" pond (4 white mounds) ... Police &
Fish & Game called and came!

Manually drilled hole - Ice is 6" thick!

50 degree temps caused this!

Let the sanding begin ... being supervised!

50 degree "January Thaw" day!

It was a beautiful day before the snowstorm ... so we went to
Old Orchard Beach Maine for a 2-day/1-nite getaway!

December Ushers in a Nor'easter!!!

We're "Ready to Go" as we move into December ... firewood/kindling in porch, new snowblower all gassed up and Christmas cards/calendars have arrived ... Crazy weather 0 degrees to 60 degrees 🌲

Quonquont Farm

· December 8

Beaver bubbles! Temps. were down to zero overnight, completely freezing over the Quonquont beaver ponds. The beavers were still active under the ice, making trips to and from their lodge to their underwater food cache, leaving exhaled air bubbles trapped below the surface. #quonquontfarm

November Literally BLEW-IN

4th "leaf-mowing" with 2019 Cub Cadet tractor happening and trees are pretty bare after driving Halloween rain and severe wind (luckily very little damage) ... boat fleet is still on the water, but more time spent bailing out of water than getting out and enjoying Fall paddling in the boats!
