While Hurricane Arthur churns off the New England coast, our 4th of July is a day of intermittent thunderstorms and downpours!!! Poor Sutter is hiding in the bathroom with her fear of thunder, gunshot and firecracker BOOMS ... window closed, shade down, radio on and fan blowing (she has a "Thunder Shirt" to wrap her but she gets too hot with her rapid panting) :-(
