It's That Time of Year!

November 1st is right around the corner and the Fall projects are getting done in 50-60 degree days ...
  • the boats have been dragged up on the shore and the kayaks rehung in the porch
  • the chimney, Glenwood cook stove and pipe have been thouroughly cleaned (soot up to the  elbows)
  • leaves mowed multiple times and spread on the flower gardens
  • veggie gardens composted and winter Rye planted
  • firewood box is full with smaller wood for "taking the chill off" as the temps drop
  • girls are wearing bells and orange vests as they explore their woods!
"Don't take the leaves away yet!"

How cute are they ;o)
